  1. Right to freedom of Religion is stated in Article 25 - 28 of Part 3 of Indian Constitution . In a nutshell , the right grants Indian citizens to promote , manage and practice any religion of it's conscience .However, Prevailing conditions in the country coupled with certain regulations passed by the S.C and the government respectively in the regard of freedom of religion ( practice and manage ) has led certain elements to believe thatRight to religion is the weakest fundamental right of all the other rights as it is subject to plethora of restrictions . Nonetheless, this may not be correct , as webmust keep in mind that Right to religion is a fundamental right which as the constitution makers were explicit to state that they are not absolutist in nature and are hence subject to certain restrictions and limitations mainly on the grounds of public order , morality , health .

Thus , if a government pass a resolution to allow women to enter a certain temple or if the S.C decides to hear about the constitutionality of a specific provision of a certain religion on the grounds that these practices are discriminatory in nature and thus constrains the right of women is a right step

therefore to sum up we can say that passing rules and resolutions on the subject of certain grounds do not make the particular right weak . Notwithstanding , it would be more appropable that these steps should be not be undertaken in an arbitrary way but with the consent and understanding of all the stakeholders
